Very poor customer service experienced today at KFC Edward Street. We visited as a family—my wife, our two children, and myself—and placed an order through the kiosk, spending around €40 on meals.

After receiving our food, we politely asked for straws, but the staff completely ignored us for 5–10 minutes while we stood in front of them. This was very embarrassing and frustrating, especially in front of our children.

If there is a charge for items like straws or ketchup, this should be clearly included in the ordering system so customers can pay. We have no issue paying, but being ignored like this is unacceptable.

We have visited this location before without any issues, but this experience was extremely disappointing and ruined what should have been a pleasant family meal. The staff need to improve their attitude and treat customers with basic respect.

I'd like to commend the lady staff at the counter during the evening of August 9. She assisted us in retrieving our online takeaway order as we did not receive any confirmation email that would have included our order number yet we were charged accordingly. Glad for the help as it would have been a disastrous night for my kids if they didn't get their fried chicken fix for the weekend. 😅

We ordered a bucket...as expected, chicken was soft n juicy, fries were properly seasoned, we got 2 gravies and pepsi max along with it. The quantity and size of chicken pieces were jumbo. It was a feast

Business as usual from KFC, great deals on the wings buckets that were ongoing. Service was quick and loads of seating. The only thing is missing is the self-ordering kiosks which are pretty handy while claiming the vouchers/offers or even to make choices.
